HI! My name is Stu Helm & I'm an illustrator, designer, writer, and the owner, manager, & sole employee of Cheesy Graphics! I've been providing high quality, low brow original art, design, graphics, and content for web & print to the underground music, magazine, & multi-media scenes since 1984.
I'm currently based in Asheville, NC, which is one of the coolest little cities in America, but I've also spent a lot of time living and working in Chicago, Illinois -- a great city that I truly love -- and I'm originally from Boston, Massachusetts.
I am a proud graduate of the Art Institute of Boston, where I learned how to "Draw The Pirate" & earned myself a BFA.
